Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19th October 2026

This cookie policy explains how Ivygrove uses cookies and similar technologies on ivygrove.co.uk. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the website work, remember your choices, and tell the website owner how the site is being used. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as scripts that collect information from your browser.

Your choices

When you first visit our website, we ask which cookies you are happy for us to use. Necessary cookies are always on, because the website needs them to work. We only set analytics cookies if you agree.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice for 30 days, after which we will ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of our website, such as the enquiry forms, may not work.

If you do not accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics will not set any cookies on your device. Our website uses Google's consent mode, which means Google may still receive limited information without using cookies, such as the fact that a page was viewed, which it uses to estimate visitor numbers.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.

Advertising cookies

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Other services on our website

Some parts of our website use services provided by other companies. These services may receive your IP address and information about your browser, and their own privacy policies apply:

  • Google Maps shows the location of our properties on the property search, property and development pages.

  • Google reCAPTCHA protects our enquiry forms from spam. It loads on every page, because the enquiry form can be opened from anywhere on the site.

  • Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts display the typefaces used on our website.

  • cdnjs, provided by Cloudflare, supplies the icons used on our website.

The share buttons on our news articles are simple links. They do not set cookies, but Facebook or LinkedIn may set their own cookies if you click through to their websites.

You can read more in Google's privacy policy, how Google uses information from websites that use its services, Adobe's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new service. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
